彼得德鲁管理思想的哲学、伦理学、政治学和社会学基础
德鲁克是被誉为“现代管理学之父”，是对世界产生深远影响的管理学家之一。由于德鲁克学识渊博，思想博大，其管理学思想也难以整体把握。本文从德鲁克早年个人经历和社会背景开始，阐明了德鲁克管理学思想的时代背景和产生历程。然后，本文重点分析了德鲁克早年的著作，理清德鲁克的哲学、伦理学、政治学和社会学思想主要内容。最后，本文从两个具体概念出发，探讨德鲁克的哲学、伦理学、政治学和社会学思想对管理学思想的具体影响。

Peter F. Drucker who is famous as “the father of modern management” is one of the managerialists who make far-reaching impact on the world. Learned and broad ideology, his thought of management is hard to grasp in general. First of all, the article begins with the early experience and social background of Drucker, and then elucidates the history background and process of his thought on management. Secondly, the article analyzes the early writings of Drucker, and points out that his thought on philosophy, ethics, political science and sociology. Finally, the article discusses how his philosophy, ethics, political science and sociology thought impact on his thought of management through two specific concepts.
