电子商务与中小企业核心竞争力研究
电子商务作为知识经济时代一种新型的现代商务模式,是中小企业构建核心竞争力的重要手段,它为中小企业创造了有效的交易平台,在帮助中小企业拓展营销渠道、创建网络品牌,以及建立以客户为中心的运营方式方面发挥了巨大的作用,使资金缺乏、技术力量薄弱的中小企业在自身资源有限的条件下,成功的进行了创新要素的整合,从而增强了中小企业的核心竞争力。本论文分析了当前电子商务的常见应用模式,对电子商务平台的种类进行了划分,阐述了电子商务营销的特点以及电子商务环境下客户关系管理的重要性,并结合中小企业核心竞争力的现状,提出了利用电子商务构建中小企业核心竞争力的几种可行的策略。

【Abstract】Electronic commerce takes the era of knowledge economy one kind of new modern commerce pattern, is the small and medium-sized enterprise construction core competitiveness important means that it has created the effective transaction platform for the small and medium-sized enterprise, in helps the small and medium-sized enterprise development marketing channel, the foundation network brand, as well as the establishment has played the huge role take the customer as the central operation way aspect, causes the fund to lack, the technical force weak small and medium-sized enterprise under the own resources limited condition, the success has carried on the innovation essential factor conformity, thus strengthened the small and medium-sized enterprise core competitiveness. The present paper has analyzed the current electronic commerce common application pattern, has carried on the division to the electronic commerce platform's type, elaborated under the electronic commerce marketing's characteristic as well as the electronic commerce environment the customer relations management's importance, and unifies the small and medium-sized enterprise core competitiveness the present situation, proposed constructs the small and medium-sized enterprise core competitiveness using the electronic commerce several kind of feasible strategies.
