七喜笔记本电脑定价策略研究
摘要】 随着计算机技术的发展,笔记本电脑销量增长迅速,国内市场竞争空前激烈。面对复杂的国内市场环境,特别是此起彼伏的价格战,企业只有在充分分析国内笔记本电脑市场情况下,选择适当的定价策略,才能提高企业竞争力。现阶段定价理论虽说渐趋完善,但笔记本行业的定价策略并不成熟,如何选择适合的定价策略,增强企业的核心竞争力并有效的实施,是很多笔记本电脑企业正在思考的问题。为解决上述问题,本文根据国内笔记本电脑市场情况,以现有的笔记本电脑定价理论和定价策略为基础,在分析七喜公司现阶段的定价现状与问题和价格制定的影响因素后,针对七喜公司产品的不同发展阶段和目标市场选择不同的定价策略。本文希望通过对七喜公司定价策略的研究能够为中国笔记本电脑企业在开展定价策略时提供一些有意义的启示。

【Abstract】 Along with the computer technology development, the notebook sales volume growth is rapid, the domestic market competition is intense. Facing the complex domestic market environment, specially the continuously price war, the enterprise only in the full analysis domestic notebook market conditions, chooses the suitable price strategy, and then can enhance the enterprise competitive power. Although the present stage price theory gradually perfect, but the notebook profession price strategy is not mature, how chooses the suitable price strategy, the enhancement enterprise's core competitive power and the effective implementation, is very many notebook enterprises the question which pondered. In order to solve the problem, this article according to the domestic notebook market conditions, take the existing notebook price theory and price strategy as the foundation, after analyzes Hedy present stages the price present situation and the question and the price formulation influence factor, in view of Hedy product different development phase and target market choice different price strategy. This article hopes to offer some meaningful hints through Hedy price strategy research when Chinese notebook enterprises develop price strategy.
