基于e-供应链的个性化钟表销售系统研究【Key words】Horologe Corporation;e-Supply Chain;Individualized;Sales Management
【摘要】 21世纪信息技术的不断发展以及电子商务模式的运用极大地推动了生产力的发展,同时企业之间的竞争已经演化成供应链之间的竞争。我国钟表市场营销方式过于传统,缺乏竞争力。本文结合我国钟表市场的销售现状,分析利用e-供应链进行产品销售和提供服务的优势,以e-供应链的体系结构为导向,建立基于e-供应链的个性化钟表销售模式,进而设计出基于e-供应链的个性化钟表销售系统。在该系统平台上,供应商、制造商和销售商运用环保的、健康的、双赢的营销策略形成战略合作伙伴关系,以此优化供应链上的信息流、资金流、物流;降低生产成本,快速响应客户需求,共同开拓市场,追求产品、服务个性化,达到整个供应链效益最大化。

【Abstract】 The 21 centuries develops of information technically and the usage of electronic commerce biggest pushed the development of productivity .the competition of business enterprise had already evolved the competition of supply chain now.The horologe marketing of the our country method is too traditional and lack a competition ability.This text combines the condition of the horologe market of our country present,analyze to make use of e-supply chain to provide product sale and customer service advantage, take the architecture of e-supply chain as a direction, build up The Individualized horologe Sale mode on e-supply chain, then design The Individualized horologe Sale Systems Based on e-Supply chain.On the Terrace Systems, the supplier, manufacturer and seller become Strategy partner relations, the flows of materials ,information and finance are analyzed as well.
