提高企业物流外包程度方法探讨—以提高3PL的服务质量为基础
物流外包确实能够降低物流成本，这在国外企业的发展中得到了验证，我国企业也开始探讨物流外包的可行性。但是，由于国内第三方物流企业的发展还处于发展阶段，普遍规模小并且不能够提供一体化物流服务。生产企业对物流外包的服务质量不满意导致外包程度偏低，企业选择自营物流造成物流资源的重复与浪费，造成社会总物流成本居高不下。本文通过对物流外包和第三方物流的现状及存在的问题进行分析，提出改善的方法。本文认为物流行业同样存在着质量循环现象，以提高第三方物流服务质量为基础，进而增强企业进行物流外包的信心，最终提高外包程度。另一方面，第三方物流公司得到更大的发展空间，有能力为企业提供更好的物流服务，形成一个质量循环。

【Abstract】Logistics outsourcing can reduce logistics costs, which have been verified in the development of foreign enterprises, China's enterprises have begun to explore the feasibility of outsourcing. However, due to domestic third-party logistics business is still in the development stage, their scales are small and they are generally not able to provide integrated logistics services. Production enterprises which need logistics outsourcing are not satisfied with the quality of services led to a low degree of outsourcing. Production enterprises choose the logistics self-duplication resulting in the waste of resource and the high social costs of logistics. Based on the status of third-party logistics and the logistics outsourcing, we can find the problem and give some methods to improve them. This article thinks that the logistics outsourcing industry have the same quality cycle as production industry did. Production enterprises’ confidence in logistics outsourcing can be enhanced by improve the quality of third-party logistics service, and ultimately improve the level of outsourcing. On the other hand, third-party logistics companies have more room for development because more and more enterprises use 3PL service. After that, another new quality begin when 3PL can provide high quality service.
