人格类型对决策行为的影响

摘  要：人格是最主要的个体差异变量，目前人格作为个体差异的变量的研究已经在决策行为领域内展开，流行了很多人格概念，比如风险寻求与风险回避、乐观与悲观等等。但少有研究把这些概念与已有的人格维度系统的联系起来。本研究探讨人格类型对决策行为产生的影响。研究方法是采用自编的决策情景问卷和艾森克人格问卷（成人），以随机抽样的方法，抽取190名20至22岁在校大学生为研究对象，随机分成两组，正面框架组（n=87），负面框架组（n=103），对方案的选择和人格特征进行卡方检验。在正面框架下，内外倾维度分数高的被试倾向于在生命和财产情境下选择冒险方案，精神质维度得分高的被试倾向于在时间情境下选择冒险方案；但在负框架中，差异无统计学意义。

Influence of Personality Types on Decision-making Behavior
Abstract：Individual differences in personality is the most important variables. Currently, personalities as individual differences variables research has commenced in the decision-making in the field of, and pop a lot of personality concepts, such as risk aversion and risk seeking, optimism and pessimism, and so on. But there is little research on the personality dimensions that you already have these concepts and systems together. This paper studies impact on decision-making behavior of personality type. The research method is the use of decision scene of self questionnaire and the EPQ (adult). By cluster sampling, 190 20-22 college students were divided into two groups, the first group (n=87) were in a positive frame and the second group (n=103) in a negative frame. An X2 text was use to determine the relationship between personality dimension and risky choice. In positive frame, subjects with high scores of Extraversionpour were likely to take the risky option, and subjects with high scores of Psychoticism were likely to take the risky option. Select. In negative frame, the difference was not statistically significant.
