商务英语谈判中模糊语言的语用研究与应用


摘  要

本文主要以商务谈判中的模糊语言为研究对象,首先指出模糊语言的不同定义以及分类,接着回顾了国内外语言学家对模糊语言的研究,然后运用合作原则和礼貌原则面子理论,这两个语用原则从语用学的角度集中探讨了模糊语在商务谈判中的应用。接着探讨了商务谈判中模糊语言的积极和消极作用,进一步研究了模糊语言的语用功能。最后总结出本论文研究的结果,同时指出论文在研究过程中的局限。从语用学的角度对模糊语言的现象深入分析,可以帮助我们更好的把握模糊语言在商务谈判中的运用,成功地达到交际目的。

Pragmatic Study on Vague Language in English Business Negotiation

                                                   

ABSTRACT

This thesis focuses on the vagueness in business negotiation. The author starts with a literature review on the different definition and classification, then reviews the researches of linguists around the world, then make a pragmatic study on the application of vagueness in business negotiation. The author proceeds with the pragmatic function of vagueness, including the positive effect and the negative effect. At last, the author makes a conclusion of this thesis. This thesis explores the pragmatic application of vague language in business negotiation and tries to achieve a better and deeper understanding of it, which may give some hints to the beginners of negotiation about how vague language in the business negotiation is used vague in various contests to realize their communicative purposes. Meanwhile, it will help us obtain a profound understanding of this language phenomenon and some effective language skills used for business negotiation as well.
