目前电子政府建设存在的问题、成因与对策

【摘要】在2010的今天，中国政府电子化建设进入了新时期。从办公自动化阶段到如今的电子化虚拟政府成功实施，我国信息化水平与对电子政府的认识都日渐提升。面对国情、人力、资源以及信息技术、网络安全的限制，我国应借鉴国外成功案例，认识电子政府建设的重要性，合理运用技术资源、信息资源，变革政府形态，向服务型政府转变，改变以往应对民众问题的方式，与民众积极互动，信息公平共享，提高政府办事效率，有效的处理现阶段存在的问题，大力发展电子政府建设。

【Abstract】 In the day of 2010, China e-government has entered in a new domain. From the 70’s office automation stage, till now the computerization hypothesized government carry out successfully, our country is promoting the Informatization level and increasing the knowledge of e-government day after day. face to the restrict of national condition, human resource, natural resource, information technology and the network security, our country is using the foreign success case as reference, understanding the important of building e-government, reasonable use the technical resources, information resources, changing the government’s structure, transforming to the service government, changing the way which they used to do to treat the people’s problems, we should do it with the populace positive interaction, share the information equally, enhance the efficiency of government management, effectively deal with the problems of present stage, vigorously develop our e-government.
