电子商务环境下的物流管理

电子商务作为网络经济的核心必须是物流管理为基础。电子商务的快速发展暴露了我国物流系统的滞后。物流中央化的外国物流模式强调“整体化的物流管理系统”，是以整体利益为重。而我国不少企业在建物流系统时，缺乏物流的基础标准，而且物流标准偏少，水平不高；缺乏现代物流理念。商业环境的相对落后和人才缺乏都是造成我国物流业滞后的原因。信息化是电子商务条件下企业物流发展的基础。通过用电子商务推广物流管理的新技术可以建立电子商务在企业内外部物流管理的新模式。而对于电子商务环境中的企业物流管理模式创新主要关键在于完善电子商务物流管理的相关法规的基础上，大力培养电子物流专业人，才提高科学的物流管理水平，加强电子商务中物流基础设施建设和合理布局。
与传统的物流管理相比电子商务环境下物流业发展面临新的机遇与挑战，本文在分析了电子商务环境下我国物流业的现状以及所面临的问题，探讨我国物流业的发展趋势以及电子商务对物流业的影响，最后提出了电子商务环境下我国物流业的发展对策。通过分析戴尔电子商务与物流之间的关系以及电子商务物流模式的特点，借鉴戴尔电子商务物流的成功之处，并结合戴尔电子商务物流给我国电子商务物流带来启示。

English Abstract：E-commerce as the core of the network economy must be based on logistics management. The rapid development of China's e-commerce exposed lag of logistics systems.Many enterprises in our country construct the logistics system, they lack a lot of the based standards of logistics, and logistics standards are so less, the level is not high;lack of modern logistics concepts. As for the e-business environment, enterprise logistics management model innovation is the key to the perfect e-commerce logistics management on the basis of relevant laws and regulations, vigorously train professional electronic logistics, the logistics management to enhance the level of science, strengthening e-commerce infrastructure and logistics rational distribution.
E-commerce environment development of the logistics industry is facing new opportunities and challenges of e-commerce in this environment of China's logistics industry is currently facing problems and the status quo of China's logistics industry. Discussion on the development of China's logistics industry trends, the e-business environment by the end of China's development of the logistics industry countermeasures. Through e-commerce and logistics Dell analysis of the relationship between logistics and e-commerce model the characteristics of Dell from the success of e-commerce logistics, e-commerce and logistics with Dell bring China's e-commerce logistics some enlightenment.
