两型社会建设背景下的企业伦理化决策分析

在市场经济中，企业主体是推动和实现“两型社会”建设的最重要力量。而企业这一重要职能的实现，必须通过其伦理化决策来实现。本文首先探讨企业伦理化决策的内涵和途径，在此基础上，发现企业伦理化决策与两型社会建设之间的有机联系，即内在一致性；进而提出在两型社会建设背景下，企业伦理化决策的重点决策体系，最后有针对性的提出提高企业伦理化决策水平的思路和对策，从而丰富企业管理的思路和方法，为提高企业伦理化水平、加快两型社会建设、实现可持续发展提供可行性的理论依据。

ABSTRACT

In the market economy, enterprise is the most important constructive strength to promote the two type society, while the realization of this important function should be achieved by business ethics. Firstly, this paper elaborates the connotation and decision-making of enterprise ethics, on this basis, finding the internal consistency between business ethics decision-making and two type society’s construction, namely organic connection. Secondly, it proves system of enterprise ethics and decision-making pointedly under the background of the construction of two type society. Last but not the least, to find some ideas and solutions to improve the stander of business ethics，thus to strengthen and enrich enterprise management ideas and methods. This discussion will provide the feasibility of theoretical basis on improving the standard of enterprise ethics, speeding up two type society construction and realizing the sustainable development of society.
