论中国电子商务环境中的信用体系问题及其解决对策


摘要:自1998年中国出现第一笔网上交易至今中国电子商务的发展已经历了十年的历史,正在成为各领域不可或缺的商务形式。电子商务现在已经成为我国国民经济中一个重要的组成部分,它的出现对我国经济和社会生活的方方面面产生了深远的影响,然而在电子商务迅速发展的过程中,信用危机也随之而来,虚假交易、假冒行为、合同诈骗、网上拍卖哄抬标的等各种违法违规行为屡屡发生,这些现象在很大程度上制约了我国电子商务的健康发展。信用问题仍然是制约我国电子商务发展的最大瓶颈,为了推动电子商务市场的快速、健康发展,我们必须采取一定的措施,建立起一套完整的电子商务信用体系,为电子商务的发展营造一个宽松的信用环境。本文主要介绍了我国电子商务过程中存在的信用问题,分析存在信用问题的原因,并针对该问题提出了解决对策。

The Discussion Of China’s E-commerce Environment Of The Credit System And The Solution
Abstract: Since 1998, China produced the first online transaction, the development of E-commerce in China has experienced a decade of history and E-commerce is becoming indispensable in the areas of business forms. E-commerce has become an important economic component. The emergence of China’s economy and social aspects of life have a far-reaching impact, in the process of the development of E-commerce credit crises attend, such as false trading, counterfeiting, contract fraud, online auction inflated subscript, and other  illegal acts occurred frequently. These phenomena restricts the healthy development of China’s E-commerce in a  large extent . Credit problem is still constrained the development of electronic commerce in the biggest bottleneck. In order to promote E-commerce market to develop rapidly and healthily, we must establish a comprehensive E-business credit system, creating a relaxed credit environment for the development of E-commerce. This text mainly introduces the credit problems existed in the  process of China’s E-commerce devedopment , analyzing the causes, and affords solvents to this problem.
