论电子商务环境下的消费者个人信息保护
[摘要] 随着电子商务的发展和普及，侵犯消费者个人隐私权、泄漏消费者个人信息的现象时有发生，消费者个人信息保护成为刻不容缓的社会问题。本文从分析消费者个人信息概念入手，论述了电子商务环境下消费者个人信息保护的内容、现状以及新特点，阐述了保护其的必要性，并提出了电子商务环境下消费者个人信息保护策略。

Analysis of Personal Information Protection in E-commerce
Abstract:With the development and popularization of e-commerce, the phenomenon of violations of consumer privacy and leakage of personal information of consumers have taken place now and then, the consumer protection of personal information is becoming an urgent social problem. This article analyzes the personal information of consumers on the concept, discusses the contentstatus and new features of the protection of consumer personal information under E-commerce environment ；explains the necessity and importance to protect it and puts forward strategy of personal information protection of consumer.
