湖南工程机械产业发展对策研究
摘要：工程机械产业是湖南最具发展基础和发展潜力的优势产业之一。在连续实现了数年的迅猛发展之后，它又开始向更高的目标迈进：着力打造国内最大、具有国际竞争力的世界工程机械产业基地，努力为加快推进湖南新型工业化进程，实现“富民强省”做出更大的贡献。本文通过对湖南工程机械产业内部优劣势分析及外部环境的机会与威胁分析,从企业发展方向、营销手段、制度建设和国家政策制度等八个方面有针对性地提出湖南工程机械企业的发展建议与措施。对湖南省工程机械的发展有着较强的指导意义。

The Research on Developmental Strategies of Hunan Construction Machinery Industry

Abstract: Construction machinery industry is one of the industry，which has the most the development foundation and development potential superiority industries in Hunan. After rapid developments continuously in past several years, it starts to make great strides forward to a higher goal. It tries to make itself the domestic largest and international competitive construction machinery industry base in the world, and speeds up the industrialization process of new industrialization advancement. To achieve a greater contribution that makes common people prosperous and province strong. This article through anglicizing Hunan engineering machinery enterprise interior superior and inferiority and external environment opportunities and threats, puts forward Hunan engineering machinery enterprise's develop proposals and the target-oriented measure in eight respects, which include enterprise develop direction, marketing method, system construction and national policy systems. It has the strong guiding sense to the Hunan Province engineering machinery's development.
