南岳衡山游客满意度实证研究


摘要:本文从消费者行为学的角度,以美国顾客满意度测评理论及模型为基础,建立山岳型风景区的游客满意度指数测评模型。借助于游客满意度测评模型设计调查问卷,对南岳衡山游客的展开抽样调查,统计、整理后获得影响游客满意度的影响因素的信息。利用Eviews软件对满意度影响因子之间关系进行回归分析,进而找出影响衡山游客满意的关键因素。在此基础上,提出改进策略与建议。
