不同岗位的银行从业人员压力源现状调查及对策建议

 

摘  要:工作压力是现代社会中普遍存在的一种现象。近年来越来越多的地方性银行及外资银行在上海开设分支机构,竞争日趋激烈, 使银行业员工感受到越来越多的工作压力。如果银行员工面对工作、人际关系、环境等所带来的心理压力,得不到有效的宣泄和疏导,将严重影响他们的身心健康,干扰他们的正常工作,如何有效管理银行员工的心理压力已经成为每个银行管理者迫切需要解决的现实问题。本文以中国银行上海市某郊区支行不同岗位员工为调查对象,采用文献和访谈等方法,描述了银行员工不同的工作压力源、心理压力的负面影响,分析了银行员工产生心理压力的主客观原因,探讨银行员工的压力观,提出了管理员工心理压力的对策和建议。
Abstract: Working pressure is common in modern society as a phenomenon. In recent years a growing number of local banks and foreign banks to open branches in Shanghai, becoming more competitive, the banking industry employees feel more and more working pressure. If the bank employees face work, interpersonal relationships, and environment caused by psychological stress, lack of effective vent and channel, will seriously affect their physical and mental health, interfere with their normal work, how to effectively manage the psychological pressure of bank employees Each bank managers has become an urgent need to address the real problem. In this paper, the Bank of China branch in a suburb of Shanghai, employees of different positions for the survey, using literature and interviews and other methods, described the work of bank employees of different stressors, the negative effects of psychological stress, analysis of the bank employees subjective and objective reasons for psychological stress explore the concept of the pressure of bank employees, management staff proposed countermeasures and suggestions of psychological pressure.
