防静电无尘衣面料在不同环境下抗静电性能的研究

 

摘  要:工人穿着优质防静电无尘衣是电子厂保护电子元器件的重要措施。本文测试了两种防静电无尘衣面料在不同温度、不同湿度以及不同洗涤时间下表面电阻和摩擦电压的变化情况。结果表明:两种防静电无尘衣面料随环境温度和湿度的增加防静电性能都变好。而随洗涤时间增加,防静电性能都变差。试验测试数据对指导电子厂用户较好使用无尘衣、减少电子产品被静电损害有一定的意义。

ABSTRACT:Drawing anti-static & dust-free clothing is an important measure to protect the components in electronic factories. Two kinds of anti-static & dust-free fabrics were tested to evaluate the change of surface resistance and friction voltage at different temperature,different humidity or different washing time. The result shows that the anti-static ability of these two samples become better with the increase of temperature and humidity. And the anti-static ability both become worse when increase the washing time. The experiment results can give certain guidance for electronic factories to decrease the damage of electronic components.
