基于色度检测的印品质量检测系统研究
摘 要：在介绍印品检测的国内外现状的基础上，分析了印品宏观和微观的质量评判准则，把印品主观的和客观的因素作详细讨论；讨论了不同印刷流程的色度空间并利用矩阵变换实现不同色度空间的转换；分析并设计检测系统的硬件构成，运用数字图像处理原理和印刷基本原理，针对印刷质量自动检测的关键环节，设计主要的检测算法，在VC环境下实现了在线系统的大部分关键环节。本文提出的印刷质量检测系统与传统的质量检测方法相比，更安全、可靠并具有较高的效率。

ABSTRACT: Based on the introduction of current research situation at home and abroad, firstly, the paper analysis the macro-and micro-evaluation of the quality. The subjective and objective factors are explained in detail. The paper discusses the different color spaces in different printing processes, and transforms different color space using Matrix conversion. Additionally, the study analysis and design the hardware structure of the detection system, using digital image processing and printing basic principles for quality printing automatically detection. Finally, the main algorithm of the system is designed, and the key sections of online system are complied under the VC environment. In short, the printing quality detection system referred in this paper is more secure, reliable and high-efficiency compared with the traditional testing methods.
