新课标下中学体育教师专业业务能力的探究

内容摘要：根据体育教育专业学生在教育实习期间对新课改实施中遇到的一些困惑和困难，针对现阶段体育新课程实施进程中存在的现实状况，本文运用了问卷调查法和个案研究法对中学体育教师的专业业务能力进行了一些探索。得出结论：新课程改革背景下中学体育教师专业业务能力是由基本教育专业能力、体育教育专业能力和个人魅力三方面构成，并结合中学体育教师专业业务能力的形成过程，提出了以能力为本位的体育教师培养模式，认为该模式对体育教师的培养大有裨益。

Abstract: For the difficulties we sports education college major students meet during the practice teaching period ,besides the present situation of the new course standard,this article has utilized the questionnaire survey procedure and the case methodology to explore on the gym instructor's specialized    professional ability in the middle school.Draws the conclusion: Under new course standard background,the middle school gym instructor specialized   professional ability is consist of the basic education specialized ability, sports education specialized ability and the individual charm three aspects constitutes, and proposed taking ability as the standard gym instructor, believing that this pattern is of great help to gym instructor's raise.
