中学体育训练队教练员与运动员和谐关系的研究

内容摘要：中学体育队中的教练员与运动员的关系，是从事体育运动的社会群体中最基本的关系之一。本文采取文献资料分析法和问卷调查法对中学体育运动队教练员与运动员关系的现状进行研究，并提出和谐师徒关系必须要求教练员关心和爱护运动员，培养运动员对教练员的信任机制，创建民主的团队管理模式。

Abstract：High school sports teams in the relationship between coaches and athletes, is engaged in sports relations between social groups, one of the most basic. This analysis and documentation to the questionnaire survey of high school sports team coaches and athletes to study the relationship between status quo and put forward a harmonious relationship between teacher and student must require care and love coaches athletes, coaches train athletes for the trust mechanism, creating Democratic team management.
