基于SAIM的高校学生运动损伤心理及调控研究


摘  要:本文依据“应激-运动损伤”模型(SAIM)编制《高校学生运动损伤心理调查问卷》,随机选取武汉地区四所高校(华中师范大学、华中科技大学、武汉理工大学和湖北大学)中的237名学生(其中男生193名,女生37名)为调查研究对象,对其损伤的心理因素进行问卷调查。通过数理统计法对收回的问卷进行数据分析,结果发现个性随和、学习和工作压力、运动时间以及对体育运动的不重视和不认真的态度是造成运动损伤最为重要的因素。本研究认为,从高校体育教师与相关工作者应从学生的个性、压力、认知和运动态度这几个方面进行调控,可以达到降低高校学生运动损伤发生的目的。

Abstract: According to the “Model of Stress and Athletic Injury” (SAIM), the author has tested 237 university students(Male 193,Female 37), selected from Central China Normal University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, and Hubei University respectively, with the “Questionnaire on Psychological Factors of Athletic Injury among College Students”. Through the data analysis with Methods of Documentation, Questionnaire, and Mathematical Statistics, it is found that the personality of easygoing, the stress from study and work, the duration of doing exercise and the neglect in sports are the four of the most significant factors that cause athletic injury. Therefore, this study suggests that college students should be adjusted psychologically by the university PE teachers from the four above-mentioned aspects in order to reduce the possibility of getting injured in sports.
