摘要:为了研究奖学金评定中的组织公正感对大学生满意度及学习行为的影响,采用组织公正感问卷及学生满意度及学习行为问卷对130名高等院校大学生进行心理测量。研究结果表明,奖学金评定中的组织公正感的三个维度,即程序公正、互动公正、分配公正对高等院校大学生满意度及学习行为有显著的影响,不同维度的影响效果不同,其中互动公正感最能预测学生满意度及学习行为。且组织公正感的分配公正、程序公正、互动公正三个维度和学生满意度及学习行为在性别、年级上基本不存在显著差异。

Influences Of Organizational Justice In Scholarship Evaluation On Student Satisfaction And Learning Behavior

Abstract: To explore the effect of the organizational justice in scholarship evaluation on student satisfaction and learning behavior, 150 students of colleges and universities took a questionnaire made up of two scales, Organizational Justice Scale and Student Satisfaction And Learning Behavior Scale. The results of the research indicate that three dimensions of organizational justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice, are influential to the student satisfaction and learning behavior greatly, each dimension has different effect. The most significant influence is interactional justice. In addition, the organizational justice, student satisfaction and learning behavior have no significant differences in gender and age.
