竞技体育举国体制的利与弊

内容摘要：以“举国体制”为核心的中国体育管理体制，对我国竞技体育的发展起到了积极的推动作用。但由于它是在特定的历史时期发展起来的，必然带上了这个历史时代特有的烙印，在实施过程中自然会暴露出自身的许多弊端，从而对竞技运动直接或间接的造成不良影响。本文运用文献资料法、分析法，从客观的角度对举国体制进行了一些分析，认为在目前的情况下，应当用清醒客观的眼光看待举国体制，进行渐进的改革，使其更好的服务于人民，促进我国的体育事业更加健康的向前发展。

        Abstract：The "whole nation system" as the core of China's sports management system. However, as it is in a particular historical period of development is bound to bring this unique brand of historical times, in the implementation process will reveal many of the drawbacks of their own, which sports a direct or indirect adverse impact. In this paper, the use of literature, analysis of law, from an objective point of view of the whole country to carry out a number of institutional analysis, that in the present circumstances, the objective should be a clear look at the whole nation system, for gradual reform to better serve the people, to promote sports in our country a healthier development.
