中小学体育教师组织承诺的影响因素及对策研究

内容摘要：教师组织承诺是影响学校效能的重要因素。本文从回顾国内外组织承诺历史发展的基础上, 分析中小学体育教师组织承诺的适用模型，对已有文献研究研究分析，大胆提出假设，并从学校性质、学校地域、年龄、性别、学历、是否在编、是否师范毕业、婚姻状况、职称、任教个人感受、月收入、校龄和教龄几个层面验证影响中小学教师组织承诺水平的因素并分析其原因,并就如何加强学校管理,提高中小学体育教师组织承诺水平提出建议。

Abstract：The impact of teacher's organizational commitment is an important factor in school effectiveness. This article looks at the historical development of organizational commitment at home and abroad on the basis of analysis of primary and secondary school physical education teachers to apply the model of organizational commitment, research on literature research and analysis has boldly put forward the assumption, and the nature of the school, school location, age, gender, education, whether the provision, whether or not graduated from teacher training, marital status, job title, to teach personal feelings, monthly income, number of school age and seniority level, the impact of primary and secondary school teachers to verify the level of organizational commitment factors and to analyze its causes, and on how to strengthen school management, to improve the level of organizational commitment to physical education teachers to make recommendations.
