摘  要
本文对托盘包装现状进行了研究与分析,通过市场调查及资料收集,发现蜂窝纸板托盘的在缓冲及环保方面优于其他材质的托盘,所以,本文通过托盘整体抗压实验、底脚抗压实验、角跌落实验着重分析蜂窝纸板托盘的力学性能。
实验表明,蜂窝纸板的整体抗压能力很强,达到了5t左右,远优于木托盘的2t的要求,并且托盘的两支角间的强度及面板的抗弯曲强度都比较强。通过托盘角跌落实验可以得出,蜂窝纸托盘的角刚度符合国家相关标准要求,纸护角的粘合强度也比较高,不会因为实验冲击而脱落。从托盘底脚抗压实验中可以发现,托盘的局部(底脚)抗压能力也很强,高于国家标准的4kN,且底脚一直处于弹性状态,在此之前并没有被压溃。
蜂窝纸板托盘的重量只有木托盘的40%-50%,便于航空运输,能为用户带来较好的经济效益。与传统木托盘相比,可节省木材70%以上,还可全部回收利用,符合国家的产业结构政策和环保法规。
所以,蜂窝纸板托盘有望在将来逐渐取代木质托盘,成为运输包装中的重要组成部分。

ABSTRACT

 This paper researched and analysised the status of tray packaging through market survey and data collection, found that the cushion and environmental protection of buffer honeycomb paperboard trays is superior to other materials trays, so the whole paper carried on tray compression experiments, feet-compression Experiment, angle-falling experiment to test the mechanical properties of honeycomb paperboard trays.
      The experiments show that the overall compression capability of honeycomb Cardboard was strong, reaching about 5 t, much better than the wooden pallets’ 2 t of the request, and the strength between the two pallets panel -angle and the the anti-bending strength were strong. Through tray angle-falling experiments, it can be drawn, cellular paper tray angle stiffness was associated with the national standard, paper bond-angle strength is also relatively high, wouldn’t broken because of shock and loss. And the experiment of compression at the end of feet from the tray showed that: Local tray (the ending feet) compression capability was also very strong, higher than the national standard of 4 kN, and at the end of feet had always been in a state of flexibility, not been pressed ulcer.
     The weight of honeycomb paperboard was only 40 percent to 50 percent of trays wooden pallets, fit for air transport, brought better economic benefits. Compared with the traditional wooden pallets, they could save more than 70 percent timber, but also all of them can be recyclied, in line with the state's industrial policies and environmental regulations.
    Therefore, the honeycomb paperboard trays in the future were expected to gradually replace the wooden tray, played an important component part in transport package.
