草坪砖塑料注塑模具设计
摘要
由于塑料具有许多金属和其它非金属所无法比拟的优点, 所以近年来发展尤为迅速。在现代工业和日用产品中，越来越多的塑料制品代替了以往的多类产品，而模具作为塑件的成型技术也得到了迅速发展。因此发达工业国家都十分重视对模具品种的开发，质量的改进，加工精度的提高和制造周期的缩短。现代模具行业是技术、资金密集型的行业。它作为重要的生产装备行业在为各行各业服务的同时，也直接为高新技术产业服务。模具技术水平的高低，在很大程度上决定着产品的质量、效益和新产品的开发能力，因此已成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志
该设计针对草坪砖进行该产品的模具设计，通过对塑件进行工艺分析和比较，最终设计出一副注塑模具。从产品结构工艺性和模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、分型面的选择、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的分析设计说明。通过完成该课题设计，熟悉和掌握塑料模具设计的一般方法和流程，从而更好的完成任务。

Mould technology level, to a great extent determine the product quality, efficiency and new product development capabilities, so has become a national product manufacture level of important symbol
This topic at the product of the lawn brick mold design, through the process of plastic analysis and comparison, the final design a mold. From the structure of products, technology and die structure of mould of its molding part gating system, the structure and the choice of injection molding machine, cooling system, the selection and parameters of the test of detailed analysis and design. Through the completion of this topic design and plastic mould, familiar with the general design method and procedure, better finish the task.
