摘要
随着近代工业的发展,模具材料的拉伸的应用日趋广泛,从而使润滑拉伸变得日趋重要,模具已是工业生产的主要工艺装备,模具工业已逐渐成为国民经济的基础工业。根据节省工业模具拉伸中能量的节约,本节主要研究圆筒形强制润滑拉伸中拉伸力的研究。
首先介绍了在拉伸过程中拉伸力的主要研究和在拉伸过程中的一些主要的因素和圆筒形零件的一些变形特点,拉伸中的一些注意事项,主要研究的是在拉伸过程中拉伸力的变化和极限拉伸,其次主要介绍了在润滑拉伸中的材料变形特点和变形状态,拉伸力的变化和极限拉伸力的研究和一些影响润滑拉伸的外界因素,最后通过前后的拉伸力对比,能看出润滑拉伸的优势和这个产业的重要性

Abstract
Along with the development of modern industry, the application of the material is widely stretching, thereby becoming increasingly important, lubrication drawing mould has the main industrial production technology and equipment, tooling has gradually become the foundation of the national economy. According to save the energy of the mould drawing industrial economy, the main research cylindrical compulsory lubrication in research of tensile tensile force.
Firstly introduces the process of the main research and tensile force in the process of some major tensile stress factors and some parts of the tensile deformation characteristics, some matters needing attention in the research is mainly in the changes and the ultimate tensile strength, secondly, stretching mainly introduced in the lubricating material deformation characteristics and tensile deformation condition, the change and ultimate tensile strength of research and tensile force influence of external factors, lubrication stretch before and after the last through the contrast, tensile force can see the advantage and the lubrication stretching the importance of industry
