我国网络金融的发展及其监管
            
摘要

    继金融深化、金融自由化、金融国际化之后，金融网络化的问题再次成为关注的焦点。随着我国信息产业对金融发展支持力度不断加强,金融网络化已是大势所趋的。网络金融服务更全面直接广泛，提高了工作效率并极大地降低了交易成本，打破了传统金融业的一些限制。网络金融应尽早纳入金融监管体系,对传统金融与网络金融进行整体管理。本文回顾了网络金融的发展态势及其可能对传统金融产业产生的深刻影响，对我国网络金融在发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析。在此基础上对如何加强金融监管以促进我国网络金融的健康发展提出了对策建议。

Abstract
   
    Following the deepening,nonintervention and internationalization of finance,peo-ple's focus is now on Internet finance.Unceasingly strengthens along with our country information industries to the financial development support dynamics, the financial network already was ultimately. Network finance service is more all-round have improved availability and have reduced business cost , a few having broken the tradition finance job tremendously restricting directly broadly. The network finance should bring into line with the financial supervising and managing system as soon as possible, carries on the whole management to the traditional finance and the network finance.Retrospecting the developing situation of Internet finance and its profound influence on traditional financial industry and analysising the main probl-ems existing in the development process of Internet finance in our country。the article brings forward positive countemeasures on how to strengthen the finance supervision for acceler-ating the sound development of  Internet finance．
