我国网上银行的发展与监管

摘 要

网上银行的发展对各国银行监管提出了挑战，网上银行监管已经初步形成了一些可以值得借鉴的国际经验。本文分析网上银行国内外现状的基础上，剖析了我国目前网上银行发展的现状。目前我国网上银行监管在取得初步成效的同时还存在着一些需要解决的重要问题.由于缺乏对网上银行的系统研究和科学规划,在网上银行的经营管理、风险控制、监管等方面存在缺陷。建立相对独立的监管部门,全面控制网上银行业务的风险,提高监管的有效性,对于提高我国银行业的整体发展水平和竞争能力,有着积极作用。

THE DEVELOPMENT AND THE SUPERVISION OF BANKING ON THE INTERNET IN CHINA

Abstract
Thought the development of banking on the internet has given great challenge to the Supervision of Banking, there have already been some international experiences on the supervision of banking on the internet worthy to being learned. With progress being achieved on Chinese supervision of banking on the internet, there are still a lot of important problems to be solved. At present our country on-line bank supervising and managing while obtains the preliminary result also to have some need solutions the important question. Due to the lack of internet banking system of scientific research and planning, on-line banking, business management, risk control, supervision and management deficiencies. We established an independent regulatory department, full control of Internet banking business risks and improve the effectiveness of regulation, China's banking industry for raising the overall level of development and competitiveness, have a positive effect.
