我国高等体育院（系）运动训练专业就业的困境与对策

内容摘要：在我国高等体育院(系)运动训练专业快速发展的同时，也出现了诸多问题，致使我国高等体育院(系)运动训练专业毕业生的就业面临着紧迫的形势。本文主要采用文献资料法，对高等体育院(系)运动训练专业毕业生就业现状进行分析，找出就业难这一问题的原因，并针对这些原因提出整改对策，认为要提高我国高等体育院(系)运动训练专业的就业率，应该：1.解决生源问题；2.提高综合素质、培养良好的学习习惯和自我约束力；3.加强就业指导；4.加强师资队伍建设；5.重新合理设置课程体系；6.调整培养目标，拓宽就业口径。

Abstract：In the Higher Sports Institute (Department) the rapid development of sports training, but also there are many problems, resulting in higher physical (Department) Sports Training Graduates face tight situation. In this paper, using literature data on the higher physical (Department) Employment Situation of Graduates of exercise training were analyzed to identify the reasons for the difficult employment issue, and proposed corrective measures for these reasons that to enhance the Higher Sports Institute ( line) the employment rate sports training should be: 1, to solve the problem Enrollment; 2, improve the overall quality, develop good study habits and self-binding; 3, strengthen employment guidance; 4, strengthening teachers; 5, again a reasonable set curriculum; 6, adjusting the training objectives, create more jobs caliber.
