新课标背景下体育教师存在的问题和自主发展研究

摘要：为了了解体育教师在新课标下的适应与发展情况，更好地指导体育教师提高自身的业务水平,本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法。基于《体育与健康课程标准》对新课标下体育教师现状进行调查分析。结果表明:体育教师在新课标下不同程度地存在着各种问题，所以体育教师要适应新课标下的体育教学就要进行自主发展,而体育教师的自主发展就要通过体育教师的自主学习和自主创新来提升自身的教学能力。并通过收集信息反馈 、加强多方面的沟通交流 、丰富自身的知识、沉淀教学心得、提高身体素质等具体方法来实现体育教师的自主发展。

Abstract：In order to understand that gym instructor's under new class sign adaptation and the state of play, instructs the gym instructor to raise own vocational level well, this article utilizes literature research techniques and so on material law, interview law. The gym instructor present situation carry on the diagnosis based on "Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standard" to the new class sign under. The result indicated: The gym instructor the varying degree has each kind of problem under the new class sign, therefore the gym instructor must adapt under the new class sign sports teaching to carry on the independent development, but gym instructor's independent development must promotes own teaching faculty through gym instructor's independent study and the independent innovation. And through the information feedback, the communication, the rich knowledge, the precipitation teaching attainment, the physical quality practice and so on concrete method realizes gym instructor's independent development.
