大学生完美主义倾向与压力应对方式的相关研究

摘    要
  目的：分析完美主义倾向大学生的群体特点，探寻完美主义倾向与压力应对方式之间的关系，比较大学生群体中高完美主义倾向者与低完美主义倾向者在压力应对方式上的差异。方法：使用大学生完美主义问卷和压力应对方式量表对310名本科大学生进行测量。结果：（1）大学生完美主义倾向在整体上性别差异不显著（p>.05）；（2）具有高完美主义倾向的男生比率显著高于女生（p<.05）；结论：具有高完美主义倾向的男生应得到特别关注；高完美主义倾向者与低完美主义倾向者在选择应对方式上有所不同，应区别对待。

ABSTRACT
Objective: The objective about this research is to analyze the perfectionism features of college students, to seek the relationship between the perfectionism and the coping styles of stress and to discover the differences on the Coping styles between the high perfectionism students and the low perfectionism students.Methods:310 college students were investigated by The Perfectionism Scale for Chinese College Students and The Scale for Coping Ctyles of Stress. Results: （1）There was not significant gender difference in the perfectionism（p>.05）.（2）The boys’ ratio of the high perfectionism was significantly higher than that of girls’（p<.05）. Conclusions: The high perfectionism boys should be paid more attention. The perfectionism of college students could influence in the choice of coping styles. There are differents in the choice of coping styles between the high perfectionism students and the low perfectionism students, the high perfectionism students and the low perfectionism students should be treated differently.
