我国金融混业模式研究

摘要

进入新世纪以后，金融混业经营成为全球金融业发展的一大趋势，可以预见混业经营也将成为我国金融经营体制发展的方向。同时金融业的发展需要很多方面的条件，尤其是好的发展环境，金融监管对金融业的发展很重要。在经济全球化的背景下，我国金融混业模式研究也被重视。基于此，本文通过分析国际金融发展模式，结合我国的实际情况，提出选择混业经营作为我国金融业发展的方式，并就选择什么的模式展开讨论。金融业的发展需要金融创造混业经营的法律环境，利率机制，要逐步实现市场化，逐步建立起金融控股公司制度，建立有效的积极的全面监管制度。只有这样我国的金融业才能更好的发展。

RESEARCH ON THE MIXED OPERATION MODELS OF FINANCE IN CHINA

ABSTRACT

After entering the new century, mixed operation becomes the tendency of financial management around the global. It can be predicted that it is the direction of the development of the financial management system in china. And the development of finance requires lots of factors to support, especially a good environment. Finance supervision is also significant. At the background of economic globalization, China should pay more attention to the research of the model of mixed operation on finance. This paper, through analyzing the models of international financial operation and the condition of China, makes the recommendation of mixed operation and forces on the discussion of what kind of model to carry out. The improvement of the law environment and the interest rate mechanism, the marketization, and the building of the effective system of financial supervision guarantee the development of the finance industry.
