论新闻职业道德与社会道德的冲突与平衡

[摘要] 新闻业在社会系统中是一个特殊的子系统，对社会经济、政治、文化的和谐发展发挥着举足轻重的作用。记者作为新闻行业的主力军，肩负着客观、真实、准确、及时地报道新闻信息的重要使命。这就要求记者应该具有良好的新闻职业道德素养，能够对新闻本质负责，还应该具备社会道德责任意识，对人民和社会负责。但是，在新闻报道实践中，往往会产生职业道德与社会责任二者不能和谐共存的矛盾冲突，使记者陷入新闻伦理的困境之中。这时，就需要记者运用正确的价值理念做出宏观上合理的选择，努力寻求冲突中的平衡与和谐。

 [Abstract]: Journalism is a special industry, socio-economic, political, and cultural harmony has played a pivotal role. As the main force of the news，industry news and shoulder objective, true, accurate, and timely coverage of news and information important mission. This requires that news reporters should have a good professional ethics, responsibility to the nature of news, should also have the moral responsibility, of the people and the community. However, in practice, news reporters often have ethics and social responsibility can not be harmonious coexistence of the two conflicts, the journalists into the predicament journalistic ethics. At this time, we need journalists to use the correct values to make a reasonable choice on the macro, to seek balance and harmony in conflict.
