新媒体对个人空间的侵蚀
                   ——以网络对个人隐私权的侵蚀为例
[摘要]：当今世界，隐私权已得到世界各国的公认。保护人们合理的隐私是对人性自由和尊严的尊重，是一项基本的社会伦理要求，是人类文明进步的重要标志。随着媒体技术的不断进步，网络对个人隐私权的威胁越来越严重，本文从网络入手分析网络是如何威胁个人隐私权，以及网络侵犯个人隐私权的侵权形式、侵权主体和原因、网络隐私权的保护。

[Abstract]: In today's world, privacy has been all over the world recognized. To protect the privacy of reasonable people freedom and dignity of human nature is the respect, is a basic social ethics requirements, is an important symbol of human civilization. With a media technology advances, the threat to privacy network is more and more serious, this paper analyses how the Internet network is the threat of privacy invasions of personal privacy and network tort form, tort subject and reason, network privacy protection.

现代社会网络越来越普及，它为人们生活和工作服务并节省了大量人力。与此同时，网络的普及以及应用技术的不断提高也对人们的隐私权构成极大的威胁。网络侵权的形式多样，侵权主体庞大。因此，网络隐私权的保护也极为艰难，不仅有客观技术上的困难也有主观人为和思想意识上的困难。
