新农村建设的金融支持研究

摘    要
新农村建设离不开金融支持。目前，金融支持新农村建设存在着系列问题，如现有农村金融体系远不能适应农村经济需求，农村资金缺乏不利于农村经济的发展，农村征信体系建设滞后，现行农村金融法规不健全等，因此，必须完善农村金融体系，如培育竞争性农村金融市场，进一步深化农村信用社改革，加大农业发展银行的支农力度，引导邮政储蓄银行支持新农村建设，加强对农业产业化的金融支持，完善农业保险体系，治理农村信用环境等。有高效率的金融支持，才能更好的建设新农村。

Abstract
Rural development can not be separated from the new financial . At present, financial support for the existence of a new series of rural development issues, such as the existing financial system in rural areas far from the rural economy to meet the demand, lack of funds in rural areas is not conducive to the development of the rural economy, rural credit system lags behind, the existing rural financial regulations are not sound, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the rural financial system, such as fostering competition in rural financial markets, further deepen reform of rural credit cooperatives, the Agricultural Development Bank to increase support for agriculture, and guide the postal savings bank to support the new rural development, strengthening of the agricultural industry's financial support and improve the agricultural insurance system, management of rural credit environment.Efficient financial support to the construction of new rural areas with the good.
