本文主要研究的是中国企业在使用360度绩效考核方法时普遍存在的问题,并对这些问题运用相关理论进行分析,具体可从准备阶段、评估阶段和反馈阶段三个方面来说明。之后研究成功应用360度绩效考核方法的A企业案例,通过探讨A企业如何规避这些问题而得到启示。最后对中国企业实施360度绩效考核提出了一些建议。这些建议主要有培育适宜的企业文化、明确考核目标、及时有效反馈等七个方面。

ABSTRACT

This paper studies the common problems when Chinese enterprises are using 360-degree feedback, and analyzes these problems with some related theories. Specifically, they will be illustrated from three stages: the preparation stage, the assessment stage and the feedback stage. After discussing a case of A company which successfully applied 360-degree feedback, we can see how it avoided these problems and get inspiration. Finally, some suggestions are given for Chinese enterprises to effectively implement 360-degree feedback. These suggestions include cultivating an appropriate culture, clearing performance goals, timely and effective feedback and other four aspects.
