中小企业已经成为越南经济发展中的重要力量。随着对外开放的步伐不断加大,面对国内与国外相似企业的双重竞争,越南的中小企业如何在竞争中才能取胜。本文将结合越南中小企业人力资源管理薪酬制度的现状,以越南保光陶瓷公司为背景,着力介绍和研究保光公司在薪酬制度方面的优缺点,并且提出自己对于企业薪酬制度方面的思考和想法,以对越南的中小企业的发展和壮大提供借鉴。企业在经营过程当中,应当将薪酬制度放在重要的位置来考量,将薪酬对于员工的激励效应最大化的发挥出来,同时薪酬的制定也应当体现出一定的社会效应。

ABSTRACT
Small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important force in the development of its economy. With the increasing pace of opening, facing the domestic and foreign similar to the enterprise competition, Vietnam's double how small and medium-sized enterprises in the competition. Based on human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam, the present situation of salary system in Vietnam the light as the background, ceramic company to introduce and research the light in the advantages and disadvantages of the salary system, and put on his salary system for enterprise of thinking and ideas to Vietnam, the small and medium-sized enterprise development and expansion of reference.
