从国家公务员考试看现代秘书人员的素质要求
摘 要：目前报考国家公务员的人数成直线上升趋势，越来越多的人都想通过公务员考试一展抱负，但是公务员考试对考生各方面的素质要求都很高；秘书这一职业的从业人员数量也在逐年上升，很多高校都开有秘书专业，社会上也有很多培训机构，对想从事秘书的人员进行专业的素质培训。公务员考试和现代秘书人员在对从业人员的素质要求上有很多相似之处。本文从秘书人员的思想政治素质、业务素质和心理素质等方面来分析得出作为一名现代秘书人员所应具备的基本素。从公务员考试的笔试和面试两方面进行总结分析，得出国家公务员考试对考生的语言表达能力、文字表达能力、人际协调能力、稳定的心理素质等方面的素质要求，最后通过两者的比较得出他们中间的内在关系。

Government functionary have an exam and the modern secretary personnel have many similarity on the quality call for to the employee. The thought from secretary personnel analyses the main body of a book during the past aspect such as politics quality , business quality and psychological quality reaching the fundamental vegetable that what personnel responds to has as modern one secretary. The summary being in progress in two aspects analyses the written examination and oral quiz from government functionary have an exam , reaches language express the aspect quality such as ability , express an ability , among people harmonize an ability , stable characters psychological quality demand of public servants have an exam to examinee, The at last reaches their middle inherent relation by the both comparison.
