中国投资银行发展模式研究

摘    要
我国的投资银行业只有二十几年的发展历史，而投资银行在外国已经有很长的历史我国目前投资银行发展模式存在主要问题有：证券市场上的大小证券公司都存在着资本不足，规模偏小，盈利能力差等问题；国内的证券公司的资金绝大部分来源于金融机构和国有企业；相应政策机制和附属银行业务经验的缺乏。应构建适合我国投资银行发展的模式，如完善国内券商的独立发展，加强设立投资银行部，选择符合中国国情的发展模式。

Abstract
