金融危机背景下旅游消费的刺激策略探讨

摘  要
近期由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机,对全球国际旅游的产生了广泛而深远的影响。对我国旅游业,尤其是旅游消费的影响也正在逐步显现。从各方面了解的情况看,这次金融危机对旅游消费的冲击猛烈,影响范围大,持续时间将较长。
作为扩大内需的重要手段,发挥旅游业强带动作用的有效手段,如何刺激旅游消费,成为了缓解此次金融危机的重要手段。
在分析了造成旅游消费疲软原因的基础上,并结合了当前形势和国内外学者提出的策略,本文提出了刺激旅游消费的对策以供探讨。

ABSTRACT
    Recently the global financial crisis which is caused by the sub-loans from USA has been affecting the international tourism widely and deeply.The influence of our tourism, especially tourism consumption is becoming more obvious with a much strong impact , wide range and longe time.
    As an effective measure to expand domestic demand and exert the powerful leading effect of tourism,how to stimulate our tourism consumption has become the important key to solve the financial crisis.
    Basing on analyzing the reason of the weakness of tourism consumption and the countermeasures according to the present situation given by the experts both from China and foriegn countries,this thesis offers its own countermeasures to stimulate our tourism consumption for study and discussing
