摘 要
   
正如一个国家的发展需要其国家精神的支撑，一个企业也需要在精神和文化层面上得到支持和导向，以保持良好的运营和发展。企业文化对一个企业来说非常重要，能有效地帮助它避免市场和业界风险。没有文化的支撑，一个企业就如同失去了灵魂和方向，更不用谈其发展了。
在当今竞争激烈的社会，企业所面对的不仅仅是在可见性资源、人才、科技和设备的“硬实力”竞争，更多的是深层次的不可见性企业文化“软实力”竞争。在以知识经济为根本、高速发展的资讯与电子时代，企业文化所扮演的角色愈显重要。
本文论述了企业文化的定义、特征及其对企业的影响，本人通过亲历美国佛罗里达州奥兰多迪士尼公司一个学期(6个月)的学习、调研与实习，比较深入地分析了迪士尼公司在企业文化管理和应用方面的先进理念，并探讨中国的企业在企业文化的建设和管理过程中如何“洋为中用”，学习与借鉴国外特别是美国企业文化的先进经验，如何应用先进的企业文化管理理念促使企业平稳、高效、可持续性发展以建设有中国特色的企业文化。

On Corporate Culture of Disney’s
－Construction of enterprise culture
with Chinese characteristics

Abstract
A nation's development needs the support of its spirit, while a organization needs spiritual and cultural ideas to guide its operations and development. The cultural ideas of an organization are very important and can effectively avoid the market and industry risks. Without cultural ideas, the corporation would lack of its soul and direction.
In today's society, as market competition intensifies, organizations face not only the visible strength competition of capital, technology and equipment, but also a deeper level of corporate culture competition. In a knowledge-based economy era, the role of corporate culture is very important. This paper discusses the corporate culture’s definition, characteristics and how it impact on an organization, and clarifies the establishment and management of a corporate which is in the process of growing and expanding demonstrating the Disney corporate culture, and describes how to apply the management of corporate culture to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises.
