比较国内外对秘书的几种定义
摘  要：秘书，是我国党政机关，人民团体，企事业单位普遍设置的一个职位，也是世界范围内最广泛的社会职业之一，“秘书”，是秘书学研究中最基本最重要的概念，也是秘书学研究的逻辑起点，但自秘书学20世纪80年代初秘书学产生以来，由于人们理解的角度与方法不同，秘书学界对秘书的定义多达百种以上，但各种观点之间依然存在一定的分歧，本文通过比较分析国内外对“秘书”的几种具有代表性定义的优劣，再根据逻辑学“属加种差”定义方法，分析出“秘书”这一概念所属大类以及秘书人员的特有属性，最后得出本文对秘书的定义。

Abstract: Secretary, is our country Party and government organizations, the Mass organization, an Enterprises and institutions universal establishment position, is also in the worldwide scale one of most widespread social occupations, “secretary”, is secretary studies in the research to be most basic the most important concept, is also secretary studies the research the logical beginning, but since secretary has studied secretary to study in the early-1980s produces, because the people understood the angle and the method are different, secretary the educational world the definition reaches above much hundred kinds to secretary, but between each viewpoint still has certain difference, this article through comparative analysis domestic and foreign right “secretary” several kinds have the representative definition fit and unfit quality, again according to logic“is adds the inter-species difference” the definition method, analyzes “secretary” this concept respective broad heading as well as secretary personnel's unique attribute, finally obtains this article to secretary the definition.
