浅谈秘书的协调工作

摘  要：协调，是引导组织之间、人员之间建立相互协作的主动配合的良好关系，有效利用各种资源，以实现共同预期目标的活动。协调工作的好与坏对凝聚团队力量、实现组织目标具有决定性的影响，因而也是出于特殊岗位和角色的秘书人员的首要指责，是秘书充分发挥辅助作用的关键环节。秘书人员在协调工作中要树立全局观念、奉献观念、原则观念，具备强烈的责任心和事业心。同时，按照实际情况进行调查研究，注意方法和策略做好综合协调工作。随着社会主义市场经济的发展和我国在诸多领域与国际接轨的加快，秘书工作的地位越发显得重要，在秘书工作的众多内容中，秘书的协调工作地位突出。可以说，在一定程度上，秘书协调工作的质量高低事关秘书全局工作的开展。

The regards and dirty trick harmonizing a job have decisive effect to team strength condensing , attaining organization's objectives, first being also the secretary personnel who originates from the peculiar post and role as a result criticise, be that the secretary brings into full play leading the close body to assist the effect key link. The secretary personnel wants to set up awareness of the overall situation , offer concept , principle concept as a tribute in harmonizing a job , has intense sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit. Make an investigation go into at the same time , in the light of actual conditions , pay attention to method and tactics do a good job in be in harmony synthetically. Being accelerated being in line with the international conventions with development of socialist market economy and our country in a lot of fields, secretary job position appears important even more , secretary's coordination job position is outstanding in a lot of content working in secretary. Can say to a certain extent, the secretary harmonizes the mass height working being engaged in carrying out closing the secretary overall situation job.
