论我国秘书工作中的官僚主义
摘 要：中国自古就有很多从事秘书工作的人员，而且这些秘书人员往往身居要职并掌握着一定的权力，再加上封建社会的“官本位”意识的影响，使得官僚主义在秘书工作中就逐渐产生了。只是受到当时社会、经济条件的限制，当时的秘书工作内容的范围比较狭窄，所以官僚主义在秘书工作中的表现也不是很突出。随着经济的发展与社会分工的逐渐细化，而今秘书渐渐地成为了一种职业，秘书工作的内容也在逐渐的增多与细化。与之同时，让人不愿看到的一面也出现了，即官僚主义在秘书工作中日渐泛滥，严重影响到秘书工作以及其他工作的顺利开展，并成为阻碍秘书这一职业健康发展的一大恶疾。因此，本论文在大体上总结了官僚主义在中国秘书工作中种种表现和危害的基础上，继而从主观和客观、历史和现实等方面分析了其形成的原因，并在文章的最后“对症下药”，提出了几点预防与克服秘书工作中产生官僚主义的建设性措施。

The secretary in the work of the bureaucracy of China

Abstract：Since ancient China, there had been many people doing secretarial work, and the secretaries who were warranted were with certain power. Also, they were influenced by "Official Standard", Therefore, the bureaucracy was developed in secretarial work. Limited by the social and economic conditions at that time, the range of secretarial work was narrow, so the bureaucracy in secretarial work was not very prominent.  With economic development and gradual refinement of social division, the secretary gradually become a profession now, the content of secretarial work is also gradually increasing and refined. In the meanwhile, something man do not want to see emerges, that is that the bureaucracy in secretarial work is increasingly widespread, seriously affecting the smooth secretarial work and other work, which prevents the smooth development of secretary as a profession. Therefore, based on various reflection of bureaucracy on Chinese secretarial work and harm it has done to Chinese secretarial work, this paper generally summarizes and analyses the reason for the formation of bureaucracy, subjectively、objectively、historically and realistically.   And in the final part of this paper, I provide remedy against bureaucracy. I also put forward some constructive measures to prevent and overcome bureaucracy in secretarial work.
