摘 要

良好的人际交往能力以及良好的人际关系是人们生存和发展的必要条件。大学生作为一个特殊群体，面对激烈的竞争和日益强大的社会心理压力，如何认识和正确处理大学生人际交往中存在的问题具有及其重要的意义，人际交往障碍会给大学生的学习、生活、情绪、健康等各个方面带来一系列不良影响；通过对大学生在人际交往和沟通中存在的问题以及原因分析，说明了大学生如何保持和提高良好人际关系交往和沟通能力。同时形成一种团结友爱、朝气蓬勃的人际交往环境，也将有利于大学生形成和发展健康的个性品质。

As a kind of unity and friendship, vigorous interpersonal environment will also help students to form and develop a healthy personality quality.
