80、90后大学生创业问题及其决策
80后大学生作为特殊的群体，肩负着特殊的时代使命，创业问题是我们最关心的时代话题。为紧跟和适应时代的发展，参与促进社会发展，实现个人价值，我们当中的许多有志者开始立志规划自主创业。于是，创业问题是我们许多人都要面对的问题。然而，我们缺乏对这个时代的了解，更缺乏对这个时代创业的了解。我们想创业，却感到十分的茫然。因此，对这个时代的创业及其问题的研究是具有重要的实际意义的。本文是针对80后这一特殊群体，对创业问题及其决策进行过去状况了解，现状问题问卷调查，统计问卷结果，结论得出和结论分析，理论上总结分析，实例分析，最后做出决策。通过这一系列步骤，可以总结过去创业者的可取经验，得出我们80 后这个群体的特征，对于这个群体在创业上存在和应注意哪些实际问题，我们面对这些问题该如何解决，从而在实践中指导我们，使我们看得更远更清晰，防范于未然，不至于走弯路。

Abstract

    As the particular unit, the generation after 1980s charged with heavy responsibilities. Many of us set up to start their own business as the result of the development of society and the times. And the problems with the New venture creation naturedly become what we care most. However; we are in mass to start business because we know little about the situation of the times. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the subject: Problems and Keys to New venture creation For the Generation 1980s. This paper relates to contents below: the situation of New venture creation in the past, researches of the situation at the moment, results of the research, conclusions from the research, analysis of conclusions, summary in all by theory, analysis in an instance and decision-making. We can learn much through the steps above. The conclusions we draw direct us into success. We will not easily make foolish decision when we on the way in New venture creation.
