跨国经营的知识产权冲突问题研究
摘  要
随着经济全球化的发展，知识产权早已得到了各国的普遍重视。资源和技术在全球范围内的流转和配置，以及知识产权本身的特点使得各国都意识到了知识产权保护的重要性，可以说未来社会竞争的核心内容就是知识产权的竞争。传统意义上的知识产权具有严格的地域性，各国在理论上只承认和保护本国授予确认的知识产权。而在现今全球化经济时代，跨国经营活动空前繁荣，但是知识产权冲突的问题对跨国经营的影响却日益明显。本文试将从跨国经营、知识产权概念及跨国经营的知识产权冲突的入手，讨论知识产权冲突问题及其对跨国经营的影响，同时通过对比外国关于知识产权冲突问题的一些成果，提出合理化的解决方案。

Abstract
With the development of economic globalization, intellectual property has long been a matter of common importance. Resources and technology in worldwide circulation and configuration, and intellectual property itself features make the country are aware of the importance of intellectual property protection can be said that the core of the future social competition is competition, intellectual property rights.
