浅议如何重建国际货币体系
摘 要

国际金融体系改革的呼声由来已久,2008年的金融危机的爆发再次暴露出现有国际金融体系的重大缺陷，特别是以美元为中心的国际货币体系已不能适应世界的变化与各国经济的发展的要求。现行的国际货币体系存在着严重的缺陷，国际金融体系改革势在必行。而中国在现有的国际格局下，应该做一个国际金融体系改革的冷静参与者。本文首先介绍了国际货币体系的演进过程，然后从描述当前国际货币体系的现状入手，分析当前货币体系存在的缺陷与问题，找出症结，提出改革的诚恳建议，在一定程度上可以为探讨国际货币体系的改革提供一些参考。

Abstract

It's been long before we appeal to reform the International currency system,the financial crisis in 2008 exposed the major defects of the International currency system again,especially when the International currency system which centers on US dollars can not meet the changes in the world and the development of national economies requirements.There are serious flaws in the current International currency system,so to reform the International currency system is imperative.China should play a role of cool participant in the existing international structure.This paper presents the evolution of the International currency system firstly,and then describes the status of the current International currency system,makes an assay of defects and problems in the International currency system,identifies the crux of the problems,and brings sincere proposals forward to provide some reference for reforming the International currency system.
