摘    要
投资是企业发展生产和经营的必要手段，是提升企业核心价值和自主创新的必经之路，而当前经济运行中存在的主要问题之一，仍然是固定资产投资规模偏大，投资结构不尽合理。企业作为市场经济的主体和国民经济的基本单位，必须是以赢利为目的的经济实体。企业的投资活动，作为企业使用资金的主要途径之一，是企业在日趋激烈的市场竞争中赢得优势的核心环节之一。在未来五年转变经济增长模式的关键时期，为实现建设节约型社会、和谐社会和环境友好型社会的宏伟目标，关键之一是不断提高投资效益，将经济发展全面转入科学发展观的轨道。
然而，投资风险与投资效益却常常并不均衡，企业往往要承担比效益大许多的投资风险。因此，企业必须在防范投资风险的同时，努力提高投资效益，把资金投资于收益高、见效快、风险小的项目上去，这些对企业的生存和发展都是至关重要的。提高投资效益，需要明白其内涵，不断提高选择投资项目的决策水平，提高有效防范各种项目风险的管理能力。

ABSTRACT
This paper is presented : Business investment is a necessary means of production and development, it is the mast to improve the enterprise's core values and independent innovation,but the main problem of economy oprating nowadays is the scale of fixed assets investment is too big and the component of the investment is nonsuitable. As the economy entities of the marketal economy and basic unit of national economy, the enterprises have to earn income as much as they can.As a main method for enterprises using the capital , investment activities of enterprises are one of the core tache for enterprises win its income in this more and more drastic market compitition. In the future five years of changing economy growing up mode,to achieve the controbution of economize society,harmonious society and circumstance amity society,one of the key method is to improve investment benefits on and on,and push the economic development chang to the orbit of ologic development view.
  However, the investment risk always not equal the investment benefit.the enterprises will bear much more investment risks than investment benefits .Therefore,enterprises must keep away from investment risks. Enterprises must take great efforts to increase investment benefit at the same time.  Also, enterprises invest in high-yielding funds, effective, low-risk projects upswing essential to the survival and development of enterprises. To improve investment returns and the need to continuously improve the level of decision-making investment choices effectively prevent various projects to improve risk management capabilities.
