改进型EOQ在批发企业仓储系统管理中的应用

在当今社会经济的快速发展下，物流作为企业的第三利润源，受到越来越多企业的重视，它在企业中不仅是对物品实体流动方式的进一步开拓，更是企业开展生产经营活动的支持和保障。其中，作为创造了物流系统的时间效益的物流仓储系统，它是供应和消费之间的中间环节，起着缓冲和平衡的作用，因此，对物流仓储系统的管理研究成为企业对物流管理研究的热点之一。本文通过对ZC茶叶批发公司的库存管理的实际情况进行了分析，选择了适合其订货成本研究的EOQ模型。在引入EOQ概念的基础上，对基础的EOQ模型进行分析，指出其存在的不足，建立了基于企业数量折扣的EOQ模型，并将改进后的EOQ模型应用在ZC茶叶批发公司的库存控制中。最后，展望库存的发展趋势。

ABSTRACT

With the high speed development of social economic, the logistics as the company’s third profit source, It is not only in business entities for goods to further explore the flow pattern is even more enterprises to develop production and business activities, support and protection. Among them, as created logistics system of time efficiency logistics warehousing system, it is the intermediate linkbetween supply and consume, plays a role in the balance of buffer and the effect. Therefore, the management of logistics warehousing system of enterprise logistics management become one of the hot spot in the research. This paper through the ZC inventory management of tea wholesale company analyzed the actual situation, choose suitable for its EOQ model study of ordering cost. On the basis of introducing the concept of economic order quantity, classical EOQ modes have been discussed , pointing out their insufficience . And then the improved EOQ model based on quantity discount  has been proposed. The result of model is obtained and verified in the example of ZC tea wholesale company. At last，the development trend of inventory  are discussed.
